Taking Care of Yourself

An important aspect of taking care of other is also to take care of yourself. Self-Care is taking time for yourself to improve your overall health and recharge. Some tips towards self-care are:

  • Exercise at least 30 minutes a day
  • Get enough rest every night
  • Meditation, breathing exercised and journaling
  • Get support such as talking to family and friends.
